it has been spotted in action. we where able to capture the dowtowns hells crow live in action on thanksgiving day. it was a real marvel to enjoy witnessing. I had to capture it on hd footage for all of you to see. been the original creator and painter of 'the dowtown hells crow tryptich vol: 1-3, i bring to you the downtown hells crow, my true and real inspiration for this painting. it is part of the nick folkes painting collection vol.1 but we are doing a special showcase feauture of it for you to admire.

"Food: Thoughts of potential food situations living in downtown"
This piece is about me Nick Folkes and my many experiences eating food throughout the decades.
Some are good memories and some are bad. In this cartoon some parts are fictional, for example, Nick likes to travel the world.
He goes to McRiddlers Restaurant in China, then to the McRiddlers in South America.
Kind of like where in the world is Waldo. In his travels Nick realizes he doesn’t like Gin Nortons and it’s ‘Gin Nord’ Coffee.
He gets sick and tired of employees chincing out and thieving his fries so he knows he has to keep his eyes on the fries.
Nick remembers how incredible Terry Fox was in the 1980’s and how much that great man motivates him to this day to go out there and march 10+km/day.
He knows he should have a good, clean and healthy meal then digest it with some tea for 30 minutes before he goes marching off into the sunset.

Project: Diptych; Indian Ink over Gouache + additional medium of colour

This art piece is based on a revolutionary mobile way of building new cottage neighborhoods in the Northwest Territories of Canada close to unfound, hidden and un-scaved gold and diamond lands, caves and rivers that can be extended into Gold and Diamond mining operations if one had the inner will and ambition and security to do so.
The idea is to transport the ready-made body of a cottage. In this case, 3 storage containers stacked and attached together brought in by a high tech and futuristic amphibious helicopter.
Before this happens, the land must be cleared by a bulldozer that is also brought in through helicopter. Avalanches and snow clearing will be a concern, so the ideal location should be compared and chosen to be less difficult and easier to deal with in terms of the vulnerabilities of Canadian Weather. A flat base in a widened flat area on a mountain top is ideal.
Once the mobile cottage has been put in its spot, the entire area is modified, landscaped, and fitted with the essential equipment, supplies and tech like a helicopter pad and communication satellites. The only way you can get to this cottage and others like it is by a helicopter or mountain climbing.
